Customer Experience Marketing Team Lead

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is looking for a Customer Experience Marketing Team Lead for its Africa business. The role is based onsite in Cairo, Egypt. It drives customer-centric marketing initiatives that strengthen engagement, supports commercial priorities and brings IFF's taste capabilities to life, bridging marketing, commercial and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CxM team across Africa, building a high-performance, collaborative culture through coaching, structured feedback and continuous learning.
• Define the market position of products and solutions through competitor analysis, customer insights and market research, working closely with commercial teams.
• Design and run customer experience programs such as innovation days, engagement sessions, workshops and digital and physical touchpoints.
• Turn consumer insights, market trends and IFF technologies into compelling customer narratives and value propositions.
• Partner with commercial, technical and category teams to support growth priorities and active projects.
• Lead local and regional customer engagements, presentations and tailored content for key accounts, and own end-to-end execution of customer-facing events with strong follow-up.
• Capture and synthesize customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product and marketing direction.
• Drive go-to-market execution, product adoption and sales enablement (tools, messaging, training).
• Ensure consistent application of IFF branding and marketing standards, and develop customer-facing materials such as presentations, demos, trade show materials and webinars.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who can cross-collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Team player.
• Able to lead and coach a team, set KPIs and performance tracking, and embed data-driven decision-making using customer feedback and campaign analytics.
