Customer Experience Partner – Hematology (Alexandria)

About the role

The Customer Experience Partner – Hematology will lead Sanofi's oncology sales activities in the Alexandria territory. You will promote hematology products to healthcare professionals, ensure accurate scientific communication, and deliver a differentiated customer experience that supports patient outcomes and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute territory‑level sales strategies aligned with national and regional commercial plans.
• Engage oncologists, hematologists and other HCPs with compliant, scientifically accurate interactions.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with key oncology stakeholders.
• Plan and follow a structured call cycle to achieve optimal coverage and meet sales targets.
• Monitor territory performance, adjust tactics, and provide regular reports to line management.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Track competitive landscape and market trends in oncology.
• Record all activities in the CRM system and ensure compliance with Sanofi’s Code of Ethics.
