Customer Experience Partner – Immunology

About the role

In this role you will act as a trusted partner to healthcare providers, delivering clinical insights and therapeutic solutions that improve patient outcomes. You will combine scientific knowledge with commercial acumen to drive prescription of Sanofi’s immunology portfolio while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of the customer journey for key specialists and general practitioners.
• Plan and personalize outreach (OCCP) based on customer personas.
• Monitor individual customer journeys through cross‑functional collaboration with HQ teams.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to squad performance.
• Gather and relay market intelligence, competitor activity and product performance to HQ.
• Deliver and customize product messaging, highlighting the value of Sanofi brands.
• Conduct qualitative feedback collection and generate reports on market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers.
• Facilitate access to Sanofi products and explore new channels for portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with global business units and functions to expand business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong scientific background in immunology or related therapeutic area.
• Proven commercial acumen with ability to meet sales targets.
• High ethical standards and commitment to patient‑centred care.

• Ability to analyse market data and provide rapid feedback.
