Customer Experience Representative – Swedish

About the role

As a Customer Experience Representative handling Swedish‑language calls, you will be the first point of contact for healthcare providers and consumers seeking information about pharmaceutical products and programs. You will use empathy, clear communication and approved reference materials to deliver accurate answers or route callers to the appropriate department.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound Swedish‑language inquiries with professionalism, accuracy and a service‑oriented approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Utilise approved reference materials, call scripts, FAQs and training updates to provide consistent, compliant information.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced call‑center environment while contributing to a positive team culture.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment (preferred).
• Ability to follow scripts, reference materials and compliance guidelines accurately.
• Comfortable working in a structured, performance‑driven setting with high attention to detail.
• Capability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
