Customer Project Manager – Healthcare Projects

About the role

The Customer Project Manager will lead the execution of complex healthcare projects, ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong technical guidance, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work with limited supervision across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute order realization processes, coordinating with district managers, distributors, and supply chain teams.
• Manage inventory, 3rd‑party purchasing, and project documentation while ensuring data accuracy in PSA and CPMD tools.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities using Lean tools and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle escalations from customers and distributors, ensuring compliance with business and Q&R policies.
• Forecast market cycle times, monitor schedule stability, and run regular cadence meetings with distributors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• Approximately 8 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably managing medical imaging projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, value‑stream, and process management.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
