About the role
Lead the Emirates retail store in Cairo to deliver exceptional customer service while driving commercial success. You will implement best‑practice retail standards, foster a high‑performance culture, and ensure operational excellence across all store functions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and compliance with Emirates’ premium retail standards.
- Drive revenue through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling of Emirates products and services.
- Implement the commercial strategy, monitor sales performance and use insights to exceed targets.
- Champion an experiential retail concept by delivering personalized, high‑quality service.
- Lead, mentor and develop the store team, acting as the final escalation point for customer issues.
- Collaborate with recruitment and training teams to maintain a fully staffed and competent workforce.
- Analyse operational and sales data to identify trends, improve service levels and optimise revenue.
- Maintain store standards, branding, displays and technology to reflect Emirates’ premium image.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality or store leadership.
- Legal right to live and work in Egypt.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of digital retail tools, CRM systems and analytics.
- Proven ability to inspire, develop and lead diverse teams.
