About the role
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Advisor for French‑speaking customers in Alexandria. You will be the friendly voice of major clients, handling inquiries, orders, troubleshooting and guidance through phone, email and chat while building deep product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver service that meets contractual KPIs and quality standards.
- Clarify customer requirements using effective probing and decision‑support tools.
- Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy and build strong rapport.
- Greet customers courteously and follow agreed procedures.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client products and services.
- Prepare accurate documentation and account notes.
- Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services when appropriate.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma (or equivalent); relevant experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation and adaptability.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate internal systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail‑oriented, dependable and professional.
- Patient, composed and solution‑oriented in all interactions.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as required.
