Customer Service Agent (English Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking fluent English speakers to join our team as Customer Service Agents, providing support for multiple global accounts. The position is based onsite in the 6th of October/Smart Village area and offers a dynamic, supportive environment for rapid professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications in English.
• Provide timely assistance and resolve inquiries for various international clients.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight hours.
• Full‑time onsite availability.
• Resident of Cairo or Giza, Egyptian nationality.
• Open to recent graduates or drop‑outs; no prior experience required, though call‑center experience is a plus.
• Ready to start immediately and free of commitments for the next six months.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
