نبذة عن الوظيفة

تبحث شركة Alorica عن موظفين لتولي مهام خدمة العملاء بدوام كامل في موقع الشيخ زايد. جميع المقابلات تُجرى عبر الإنترنت، وتُتاح فرصة العمل في بيئة مهنية مع تدريب كامل الأجر.

المهام الرئيسية

الرد على استفسارات العملاء وتقديم الدعم اللازم عبر القنوات المتاحة.

الملف المطلوب

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى B2 أو C1.
القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات المتناوبة، بما في ذلك النوبات الليلية.

المهارات المطلوبة

مهارات التواصل الفعّال مع العملاء.
