Customer Service Associate – English Speaking

About the role

Teleperformance Cairo is looking for English‑speaking Customer Service Associates to support telecommunication and travel accounts. The position involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, with the possibility to work on sales‑driven accounts that offer uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services for telecom and travel sectors.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant offers when applicable.
• Maintain high service quality standards and meet performance KPIs.
• Adapt to rotational schedules, including night shifts.

Required profile

• Fluent English proficiency (B2/C1 level).
• Immediate availability to start within the current week or month.
• Flexibility to work rotating and night shifts.

• Net monthly salary up to 22,500 EGP (including KPI‑based Euro equivalent).
