Customer Service Call Center Representative

About the role

Arabia Group is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join its customer‑service team. You will be the first point of contact for callers, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently or escalate when necessary.
• Record interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity KPIs.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call centre is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
