Customer Service & Conversion Specialist – Lead Conversion

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Conversion Specialist to join our Marketing team in Cairo. In this role you will turn qualified leads into scheduled appointments and business opportunities, acting as the bridge between prospects and our physical therapy services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone or email.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information about our services.
• Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward booking appointments.
• Convert leads into qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine conversion strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed conversion targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, lead generation or lead conversion.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and active‑listening skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
