Customer Service & Moderator Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Moderator Representative to join our team at Ordinary Product, an Egyptian fashion brand. You will assist customers through phone, email and chat, providing product information, handling payments and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer product, pricing and availability queries.
• Upsell products and services professionally and honestly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Accurately enter data into various platforms and maintain customer accounts.
• Manage conflicts objectively, escalating when necessary.
• Process payments, apply discounts, issue refunds and handle exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and a positive attitude throughout shifts.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B1+ level.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
• Cool‑tempered, able to handle rejection and manage complaints.
• Outstanding negotiation skills and professionalism.
