About the role
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat. You will ensure a smooth shopping experience by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and live chat.
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, returns and deliveries.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex problems to higher‑level support teams when needed.
- Follow company policies and achieve performance targets (quality, productivity, satisfaction).
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms.
- Customer‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
