About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who enjoys engaging with people and turning everyday interactions into lasting brand advocacy. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate product information, pricing, and availability.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate and knowledgeable answers about products, pricing, and stock levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and fulfill requests.
- Enter and update customer data across multiple platforms.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; a passion for helping people is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
