About the role
The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly and efficient assistance across multiple channels. This role focuses on turning inquiries into positive experiences and building long‑term loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via phone, email and live chat.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill customer requests.
- Enter and update customer data in various internal platforms.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workload effectively.
