About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues promptly, and uphold a high standard of service quality. The role requires strong communication, problem‑solving abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Address complaints and provide timely, appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
- Follow up on requests, orders, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Record interactions accurately and keep detailed customer records.
- Support operational tasks related to customer service activities.
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.

- Experience using CRM systems.
