About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to engage with our existing learners, introduce them to course renewal options, and help drive conversion. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customers receive personalized support throughout the renewal process.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to present renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow‑up to understand learning needs and recommend tailored renewal solutions.
- Monitor student progress, analyze performance data, and develop appropriate renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high satisfaction during the renewal journey.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and meet customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on performance and commission.
