About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team in Alexandria. You will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the shipping process, ensuring timely updates, smooth operations, and a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Follow up on delayed shipments and coordinate delivery escalations.
- Process pickup requests and support daily shipping operations.
- Communicate with courier companies and logistics partners.
- Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints professionally.
- Register new customers and assist with account setup.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in delivery, courier, shipping, e‑commerce, or logistics.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Capacity to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively within a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
