Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

Join Kodland’s international support team and help children and parents enjoy a smooth online learning experience. This fully remote position allows you to assist families worldwide with their coding, math, and digital‑skills courses.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to parent and student inquiries via Omnidesk chat and ticket system.
• Assist with lesson access, technical issues, payment verification, and account‑related requests.
• Communicate professionally and clearly to build trust with families.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction levels across the platform.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication with a patient, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and quick learning of new tools.
• Availability for 45 hours per week, scheduled between 10:00 and 22:00, with a 5‑day work week.
• Suitable home office setup: computer, headset/microphone, stable internet.

Required skills

• Experience using Omnidesk or similar ticket‑based support platforms.
