Customer Service Representative – Retail (Sheikh Zayed City)

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our retail store in Sheikh Zayed City. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right streetwear pieces, answering product queries and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store, providing style advice aligned with the brand.
• Answer product, size and availability questions both in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams to fulfill orders and restock shelves.
• Document customer feedback and support in-store promotions.
• Follow company policies to deliver a consistent, positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work full-time on-site, including weekends or shift work as needed.
• Calm and attentive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with POS (point-of-sale) systems.
