Customer Service & Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Officer to join the British Council Teaching Centre in Agouza. The role involves welcoming students, guiding them through English language course options and exam services, and contributing to the centre’s revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective and existing students via face‑to‑face, email, social media, live chat and telephone.
• Provide clear, accurate information about course offerings, examination dates and registration procedures.
• Drive sales by promoting suitable learning pathways and exam registrations to new and returning customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and ensure data quality in the centre’s systems.
• Support reception and registration activities, including welcoming visitors and processing enrolments.
• Escalate complex queries to senior staff while ensuring timely resolution.
• Collect and share customer feedback to help improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Team player who can collaborate with teaching and exam teams.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
