About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to engage existing customers, promote course renewals, and drive conversion through personalized learning solutions. You will be the primary point of contact throughout the student journey, ensuring high‑quality support and fostering long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to promote course renewals and increase conversion rates.
- Follow up with customers to understand their needs and recommend personalized learning solutions.
- Provide high‑quality support throughout the student journey and handle inquiries professionally.
- Monitor students’ progress, analyze data, and suggest improvements to boost learning outcomes and renewals.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target‑driven and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets with a commission‑focused mindset.
