Customer Service Specialist – Car Rental Support

About the role

Foundever is seeking motivated Customer Service Specialists to join a dedicated international car‑rental account. You will guide customers through the entire rental journey, handling inquiries, reservations and issue resolution with professionalism, primarily during night and overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls and live‑chat messages.
• Assist customers with new reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve service‑related issues promptly while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with account KPIs and performance metrics.
• Document interactions accurately in the designated system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Minimum B2+ level in English (written and spoken).
• University degree (graduates only).
• Male candidates must provide an original military service certificate.
• Full availability for rotational night and overnight shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
