Customer Service Specialist – E‑commerce

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will be the primary point of contact for learners using ecomblacker’s dropshipping education platform. You will handle inquiries related to orders, shipments, and platform usage, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for each customer.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails and chat messages in English with professional phone etiquette.
• Track orders, monitor delivery status and proactively resolve logistics issues.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers and fulfillment partners to coordinate order processing.
• Update inventory records, manage shipment delays and provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain detailed logs of interactions in the support system and meet defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with a focus on empathy and problem‑solving.
• Experience in a service‑oriented environment delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce operations and order fulfillment processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tracking platforms and customer support tools.
• Comfort using spreadsheets for data entry and reporting.
