Customer Service Specialist – Facility Management

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Facility Management team in Nasr City, Cairo. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints and service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional responses to client inquiries in line with company policies.
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare and update daily service reports.
• Identify opportunities to add value for clients and communicate upcoming events or campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in client relations or customer service, preferably within facility management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation and active‑listening abilities.
• Professional problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and best practices.
