Customer Service Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to manage individual and group bookings for adult and young learners in the New Cairo region. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, payments, visas and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Process individual and group bookings via phone and email, meeting SLA targets.
• Follow up on sales leads, provide information and gauge interest.
• Maintain customer data in CLASS, Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Communicate any client‑impacting issues to sales colleagues.
• Build strong relationships with agents and counsellors to position KLG as a preferred provider.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Contribute to regional revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages & Translation, French Language or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Fluent written and spoken French.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts if required.
