Customer Service Specialist (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in French to join our Cairo team. The role is full‑time and on‑site, handling inbound inquiries through phone, email and chat while delivering accurate information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer contacts in French via phone, email and live chat.
• Troubleshoot basic product or service issues and provide clear guidance.
• Document each interaction in the company’s internal systems following established scripts.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members or other departments as required.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve performance targets.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, services and procedures.

Required profile

• University graduate (any discipline).
• Fluent in French (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Good command of English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving attitude.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment is a plus.
