Customer Service Specialist – German Speakers

About the role

iQor is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Specialist who speaks German to join its Cairo office. In this on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, email, or chat, delivering accurate information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Troubleshoot basic issues and document each interaction in internal systems.
• Follow defined scripts and processes while maintaining high‑quality service standards.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to achieve performance targets.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, services, and procedures.

Required profile

• University graduate (any discipline).
• Fluent in German (B2/C1 level) and good English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment is a plus.
