About the role
Join Kodland’s international support team to help children and parents enjoy a smooth learning experience. This fully remote position involves assisting families with inquiries related to lessons, technical issues, payments, and account management.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to parent and student inquiries via Omnidesk chat and ticket system.
- Assist with lesson access, technical troubleshooting, payment verification, and account requests.
- Communicate professionally and clearly to build trust with families.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction across the platform.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills with a patient, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong written communication for chat and ticket handling.
- Basic computer literacy and quick learning of new tools.
- Availability to work 45 hours per week in scheduled shifts between 10:00 and 22:00.
- Suitable work‑from‑home setup: computer, headset/microphone, stable internet.
