Customer Success Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Success Manager to own client relationships and ensure long‑term satisfaction. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and supporting users of the Parent™ platform, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts in both English and French.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure effective use of the Parent™ system.
• Proactively engage clients to drive success, monitor account health, usage, and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide daily chat support and respond promptly to employee or customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with technical, product, and sales teams to resolve issues and open support tickets.
• Maintain accurate account information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share feedback and improve the client experience.
• Support renewal and retention efforts by building trust‑based relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management or client‑relationship roles, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
