Customer Success Manager (Remote, Egypt)

About the role

Spokn is an early‑stage video creation SaaS helping enterprises replace static emails with short, authentic videos for training, onboarding and internal communication. As a Customer Success Manager you will work directly with the founders and an Egypt‑based engineering team to ensure customers achieve their goals using Spokn’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding, from kickoff to launch, via live video calls.
• Identify and nurture opportunities for customers to create more videos and adopt new features.
• Maintain day‑to‑day health and engagement across a portfolio of HR, Internal Communications and Learning & Development accounts.
• Produce and update customer‑facing resources such as product explainers, newsletters, activation campaigns and one‑pagers.
• Collect, organize and translate customer feedback into actionable input for product and engineering teams.
• Drive project management for customer deployments, ensuring timelines and commitments are met.
• Support the evolution of Customer Success processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• Experience working with HR, Internal Communications or Learning & Development customers.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Consultative, creative mindset with strong ownership across the customer lifecycle.
