Customer Support Representative – Crypto Platform (Chat & Email)

About the role

As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for users of a leading cryptocurrency trading platform. Working in a hybrid model, you will handle live‑chat and email inquiries, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality experience for customers in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via live chat and email in English, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Bybit platform, crypto‑market fundamentals and current market conditions.
• Manage and follow up on inquiries or complaints, turning customer needs into actionable feedback.
• Identify and flag discrepancies, risks or unusual situations to management.
• Continuously propose improvements to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling live‑chat and email.
• Background in finance, economics, mathematics, business administration or related analytical fields is a plus.
• Numerical acumen and comfort working with data and statistics.
• Passion for fintech and cryptocurrency trading.
• Team player, self‑driven and able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to work onsite during day shifts and remotely at night.
