About the role
Tabby, a fast‑growing fintech company in the GCC, is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join its Cairo office. You will be the first point of contact for millions of users who shop using Tabby’s Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later solutions, helping them through phone, chat and email in both English and Arabic.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat and email, ensuring a positive experience.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to payments, orders and account management.
- Follow established guidelines and use internal tools to provide accurate and timely assistance.
- Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records in the support system.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English (minimum B2 level in English).
- Comfortable working rotational shifts from the office.
- Calm under pressure, quick learner and committed to delivering high‑quality service.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of 18,000 EGP gross per month plus language allowance up to 7,000 EGP.
- Performance bonus up to 70 % of base salary and transportation allowance of 230 EGP per day.
- Three weeks of paid training followed by a three‑week nesting period with close supervision.
- Opportunity to earn up to 37,600 EGP gross per month for top performers.
