Cyber Security Cloud Security Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Cloud Security practice within the Cyber Security Advisory team. The role focuses on designing, implementing and enhancing security postures for client cloud environments across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement security architectures for cloud platforms in collaboration with major Cloud Service Providers.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing and continuous monitoring of cloud‑based systems.
• Lead project delivery, produce documentation and reports, and ensure quality of junior team members’ work.
• Develop and communicate cyber security strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Maintain awareness of emerging cloud security threats and industry trends.
• Build client relationships, support proposal development and contribute to security methodology toolkits.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a cyber security architect or senior manager in a consulting environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Global mindset and ability to work with teams across the UK, Germany and the Middle East.

Required skills

• Deep technical knowledge of cloud security concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience with risk assessment and vulnerability testing of cloud services.
• Familiarity with security protocols and monitoring tools for major CSPs.
