Cybersecurity - IDAM Graduate Program

About the role

PwC's Digital Identity team helps organizations ensure the right people and systems have the right access at the right time. As a Graduate or Associate in its Cybersecurity - IDAM graduate program, you will work hands-on with identity technologies, configuring, integrating and testing solutions while learning how identity processes work across complex organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Support identity lifecycle processes: configure how access is granted, changed and removed when employees join, move roles or leave.
• Improve secure access by supporting authentication, Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Configure roles and permissions, defining user roles, groups and access rights.
• Connect applications to identity platforms, including integrations with Microsoft Entra ID and directories.
• Run functional and integration tests, investigate errors and document results and remediation actions.
• Analyze users, roles and permissions to find inconsistencies, excessive access or provisioning issues.
• Gain exposure to APIs, authentication protocols, scripting and cloud identity environments.

Required profile

• Typically 0-4 years of experience; prior IAM experience is helpful but not required.
• Background in computer science, information systems, engineering, cybersecurity or a related technical field is beneficial.
• Comfortable learning technical concepts, troubleshooting and working carefully with configurations and data.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of directories, authentication, APIs, scripting or cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory or IAM platforms is helpful, though it can be developed on the job.
