Cybersecurity Internship / Working Student

About the role

PwC's Cyber, Risk & Regulatory practice helps organizations understand and manage risks from technology, digital transformation and a complex regulatory environment. As an intern in IFS - Internal Firm Services, you will support project teams across different areas of Cyber, gain exposure to real client challenges and learn how consultants structure problems, assess risks and turn analysis into practical recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Support real client projects by researching business and technology topics, analyzing information and structuring findings
• Help review processes, controls and documentation to identify risks or areas for improvement
• Summarize research, benchmark approaches and turn detailed information into clear conclusions
• Support presentations, reports, meeting materials and other project deliverables
• Join meetings, interviews and workshops to see how client problems are discussed and solved
• Gain exposure to cyber risk, governance, responsible AI, resilience, security and technology assurance

Required profile

• Background in business, engineering, technology, economics, law or another analytical field; prior cybersecurity experience is not required
• Strong research, analytical and communication skills, and careful work with documents, data and presentations
• Team player who takes ownership of tasks and asks the right questions
• Strong English; German or Dutch is particularly valuable
• Previous internship, project or student-organization experience is a plus
