Dark Store Manager – Port Said

About the role

The Fulfillment Point Manager leads the day‑to‑day operations of a dark store in Port Said, ensuring that orders are processed, packed and shipped accurately and on time. The role works closely with Customer Service and the Dark Store & Last Mile Operations Manager to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site fulfillment operations, guaranteeing timely and accurate order processing.
• Prevent product damage, shrinkage, accidents and occupational hazards.
• Monitor goods flow through the stock management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and enforce SOPs.
• Prepare and update SOPs for fulfillment processes.
• Analyse current operations and recommend improvements.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to uphold service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English.
• Leadership skills for multi‑functional teams.
• Conflict‑resolution capability.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with warehouse software packages.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
