Data Analyst – Marketing & Product Analytics

About the role

As a Data Analyst at Monks you will design, implement and maintain data foundations that enable clients to understand marketing and product performance. You will ensure tracking, measurement and analytics setups are accurate, scalable and reliable while contributing to AI‑driven automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical measurement plans and execute projects.
• Implement analytics and marketing tags using tag‑management tools such as Google Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with global client teams to deliver analytics projects on time and with high quality.
• Support the Monks Data Team in improving service delivery and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop AI‑powered automations and workflows within the analytics space.
• Write simple SQL queries on cloud platforms to extract insights from large datasets.
• Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong data literacy with the ability to turn technical requirements into actionable business insights.
• Experience working with marketing, product or digital analytics data.
• Understanding of data collection, tagging, measurement frameworks and data quality.
• Comfortable working across EMEA and MENA regions and collaborating with analytics, strategy and engineering teams.
