Data Analyst (SC-5) – Humanitarian Organization

About the role

The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a Data Analyst at SC‑5 level to support its Technology Division. The role will contribute to data‑driven decision‑making that helps WFP deliver food assistance to millions of people worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large data sets from multiple sources.
• Perform statistical analysis and generate actionable insights for programme planning.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate data solutions into WFP’s digital platforms.
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities by providing timely data reports.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced humanitarian environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
