Data & Analytics Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Data & Analytics Senior Associate to support the design and development of innovative technical solutions in the people domain. The role sits within the Advisory line of service and focuses on using advanced analytics to extract insights from large datasets and help clients optimise operations and achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement data and analytics solutions to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Apply machine learning, AI and generative models to solve complex business problems.
• Perform data interrogation and transformation using tools such as SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance with internal standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Experience designing and developing technical solutions in the data and analytics area.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and support global clients.
• Preferred: MSc in a relevant field, familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP, and experience in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

• Alteryx and Power BI (at least 2 years of hands-on experience)
