Data Center Technical Expert (Electrical)

About the role

Schneider is seeking a Data Center Technical Expert (Electrical) to lead the design, execution, and delivery of high‑voltage (HV), medium‑voltage (MV) and low‑voltage (LV) power networks for critical data‑center projects. You will own the technical execution of electrical systems, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient power distribution across global sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive power system architectures that integrate generation, storage, conversion, and distribution components.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams through design, supplier management, implementation, and testing phases.
• Assess, communicate, and mitigate technical risks while maintaining transparent stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate with data‑center operators, consultants, EPCs, and end customers to align solutions with operational requirements.
• Oversee power‑system protection strategies to guarantee safety and reliability of network assets.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in electrical engineering for data‑center environments.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical professionals in complex engineering projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer‑focused solution delivery.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• University degree (BSc/MSc) in Electrical Engineering.
