Data Governance & Operational Excellence Manager (SFE) Pharma

About the role

The Data Governance & Operational Excellence Manager will lead the implementation of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, advanced analytics and AI‑driven next‑best‑action solutions for a multinational consumer healthcare company in Egypt. The role focuses on improving field force effectiveness, data quality and commercial performance through automation and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead rollout, adoption and capability enablement of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud modules such as territory management, call planning, CLM, e‑detailing, sampling, HCP consent, and AI‑driven next‑best‑actions.
• Partner with global data and technology teams to automate field force insights, build Power BI dashboards, and deliver AI‑based recommendations for performance tracking, opportunity identification and SIP monitoring.
• Define, govern and standardise national field force KPIs, performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to support annual business planning and commercial effectiveness reviews.
• Design and govern sales incentive plan (SIP) frameworks, automate tracking, and improve transparency and accuracy of incentive calculations.
• Provide leadership for segmentation, targeting and field force optimisation, guiding audience identification, territory strategies and resource allocation tools.
• Drive continuous improvement, share best practices, and champion digital and AI‑enabled solutions across the organization.

Required profile

• Pharmacy, Science or Veterinary Medicine degree (preferred).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, including pharmaceutical industry exposure.
• Manager‑level with hands‑on scope; no direct reports preferred.
• Excellent command of English.
