Delivery Partner Manager – DSP (Egypt)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Delivery Partner Manager to support and grow its Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network in Egypt. You will act as a trusted advisor to 25‑30 DSP owners, helping them navigate operational, financial and safety challenges while aligning with Amazon’s sustainability and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with 25‑30 DSP owners across Egypt, ranging from first‑time entrepreneurs to seasoned logistics carriers.
• Guide owners through strategy setting, performance tracking, and accountability to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal Program Managers, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Fleet and Network Health teams to ensure launch and scale in line with program requirements.
• Identify obstacles, analyze data, deliver insights and recommendations to improve financial, operational and safety practices.
• Facilitate Monitoring and Enforcement Policies and maintain two‑way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs and product strategy groups.
• Travel regularly to multiple sites to engage with business owners and provide on‑ground support.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing relationships with logistics or delivery partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with cross‑functional internal teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Egypt and work flexibly.
