Demand and Supply Planner

About the role

The Demand and Supply Planner is a pivotal part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring that accurate demand forecasts drive efficient production and supply decisions. Working closely with commercial, supply chain, and production teams, you will translate market insights and statistical data into actionable demand plans.

Key responsibilities

• Create demand plans using statistical baseline forecasts enriched with commercial inputs for operational (0‑13 weeks) and tactical (4‑15 months) horizons.
• Maintain and cleanse historical data to support reliable forecasting.
• Incorporate business dynamics such as new product introductions, seasonality, contracts, and events into the demand plan.
• Provide scenario analyses and demand constraints when supply limitations arise.
• Prepare and lead demand review meetings and contribute to monthly IBP sessions.
• Monitor demand planning KPIs, drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy, and challenge assumptions from commercial teams.
• Coordinate allocation and constraining activities to align demand with supply capabilities.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in statistical forecasting and data management.
