Demand Planning Manager

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Demand Planning Manager to drive the business management function within the organization. The role owns the forecast accuracy and bias KPIs and acts as an enabler for top-line results. It is based at the El Tagamoa El Khames commercial office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling 12-24 month forecast using statistical models, historical data and market intelligence, and update it for new products, seasonal products, discounts and promotions.
• Lead monthly S&OP demand reviews with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply teams, and ensure adherence to weekly and monthly demand cycles.
• Analyze demand drivers such as trends, seasonality, pricing and elasticity, and adjust models accordingly.
• Work with cross-functional teams on short-term demand control so that business delivery matches commitments.
• Highlight demand-related risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
• Track forecast accuracy, identify root causes of variances and drive continuous improvement.
• Refine demand planning tools, processes and KPIs, and support upgrades of ERP and advanced planning systems.
• Partner with supply planning teams to balance service levels, safety stocks and working capital.
• Manage, train and mentor demand planners and analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, International Trade or Logistics.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
