Demand Planning Project Coordinator

About the role

The Demand Planning Project Coordinator will lead a cross‑functional team to produce accurate weekly demand forecasts for a product category. Based in Sheikh Zayed, the role ensures alignment between the CSP, Marketing, Supply Planning and Finance functions, driving consensus on demand figures used for business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly demand planning meetings and achieve consensus on baseline forecasts across channels.
• Maintain demand planning policies and ensure channel‑specific considerations are incorporated.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias and initiate continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Update innovation plans, long‑term volume plans and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Support S&OP meetings and weekly operations meetings, highlighting exceptions and driving corrective actions.
• Perform ad‑hoc data analysis, track promotion execution and conduct root‑cause analysis of demand‑related losses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• 0‑2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong command of English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
