About the role

As a Demi Chef de Partie in the main kitchen, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality dishes while embodying Hilton’s commitment to exceptional hospitality. You’ll work alongside senior chefs and junior staff to ensure every plate reflects the brand’s standards of taste, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook and test dishes according to standard recipes, maintaining consistency in flavor and appearance.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen team members, stepping in for senior chefs when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment, preventing cross‑contamination and adhering to sanitation protocols.
• Monitor ingredient quality, manage proper storage, and enforce stock rotation to ensure food safety.
• Uphold health, safety and regulatory standards, safeguarding both guests and team members.
• Assist guests with inquiries promptly, contributing to a positive dining experience.
