Design Management Architect – Real Estate Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Design Management Architect to support our real‑estate partner in delivering high‑quality architectural projects. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will coordinate internal and external teams, ensure technical excellence, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Development Management and Controls during project preparation, scheduling, and specification acquisition.
• Assist in managing outsourced consultants/architects to develop innovative architectural concepts and designs.
• Prepare initial action plans, design schedules, and compile data for consultants from kickoff to completion.
• Produce analysis reports, technical studies, area breakdowns, and periodic design progress reports.
• Draft design management documents such as RFPs, TORs, and project breakdowns outside consultants’ scope.
• Attend design progress meetings and develop graphic/narrative reports on sites and land planning.
• Review design documents received from consultants in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Maintain design documentation, including finish schedules, specifications, product matrices, and electronic/hard‑copy files.
• Mentor junior architects, supporting their integration, training, and skill development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within real‑estate or construction.
• Strong command of English and excellent presentation abilities.
