Developer Relations – P2P (Remote)

About the role

Tether is looking for a passionate Developer Relations professional to champion its Peer‑to‑Peer (P2P) runtime, development and deployment tool, Pear. In this fully remote position you will act as the bridge between developers and product teams, helping to grow a vibrant community around Tether’s blockchain‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage, educate and inspire developers through technical content, tutorials, webinars and conference talks.
• Gather developer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams.
• Represent the developer voice both externally and internally, ensuring product usability and adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing and community teams to amplify Pear’s reach.
• Monitor community channels, answer questions, and foster best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interest in blockchain, fintech and open‑source ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build relationships with technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience creating technical documentation, tutorials or sample code.
• Public speaking or presentation experience at developer events.
• Familiarity with peer‑to‑peer networking concepts.
